Privacy notice
What we do with your details, in plain English. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Who we are
Elite Heating Care Ltd, company number 16763533, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 603 Fulham Road, London SW6 5UA (post only, no visits). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@eliteheatingcare.com or on 07955 511192.
What we collect
- When you enquire: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the job.
- When we do work for you: your address, details of your appliances, what work was carried out, and the records we are legally required to keep — including gas safety records.
- If you are a landlord: property addresses and, where you give them to us, tenant contact details so we can arrange access.
We do not collect anything through this website beyond what you type into the contact form. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels on this site. The Areas page shows a Google Map; Google may set its own cookies when that map loads.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only where we have to:
- Our accountant, for tax and accounting
- The software we use to keep customer records and issue certificates
- The Health and Safety Executive or Gas Safe Register, if legally required
- Your letting agent or tenant, where you have asked us to send a certificate to them
How long we keep it

- Invoices and accounts: six years, as tax law requires.
- Enquiries that don’t become jobs: twelve months, then deleted.
