How we work
- We ring before we arrive, so you’re not waiting in all day for a four-hour window.
- Price agreed before work starts. Always.
- No pressure selling. If a repair beats a replacement we’ll say so, and we’ll tell you when a boiler has a few good years left in it.
- We explain what we’ve done in plain English, and we’re happy to go through it with a son or daughter on the phone.
- We clean up — dust sheets down, covers on our shoes, and the job left as we found it.
For older customers and their families
If you’re arranging work for a parent, we’re glad to speak to you both, agree a time that suits, and ring you afterwards to say what was done. Your engineer will always show their Gas Safe ID card at the door, and we don’t mind waiting while it’s checked — please do check it.
